 1 egg
 0.75 cup panko breadcrumbs
 0.33 cup grated parmesan cheese
 3 cloves minced garlic
 0.33 cup grated onion
 3 tbsp fresh parsley
 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 0.50 tsp paprika
 1 tsp salt
 0.50 tsp black pepper
 1 tbsp olive oil
